You just made Tour Legend. Things are different now. I'm sure you'll get used to it, just as I'm sure I will.

Legend and Tour Legend are not different except for championship greens which don't seem to be any different than Tournament.  The problem is shots are screwed up these days..  Hit the ding and it will either go long or bad short.  Hit what you would think is a terrible shot turns out to be pretty good..

It's gotten crazy!!  I know when I hit a bad shot!  And when I do I can handle that!!  But when it should be perfect it's freakin terrible!!  It's been this way for several months now and it's getting old!!  But of course, your play is like you have said before, is probably spot on!

From what I can make out, there are some differences between Championship and Tournament greens. Not so obvious at first glance though.

    My two penneth.

If you approach a green with little or no bs - on a championship green the ball is likely to run past the hole further than you may have been used too on tournies.

Also, you can see the difference on longer putts, putting downhill. If you set it up as a tournament green putt from 20ft+ away you will see the ball go a fair way past.

The same with chip, flops, pitches around the green. You need to play the same shot as before, but take care to apply the brakes a little more than you used to.

I might reevaluate this as I play more Alt with tour legends.

Experienced Tour Legends will be able to confirm whether I have this right or not.

Where you won't see much difference is under 12 feet putts on a flattish bit of green. At Tour Legend level hopefully many/most of your approaches land within this range.

Hey yall, I don't think tiger319 needs any advise, check his average. He's a friggin gr8 player, unhappy with wgt's bs vem & the way our clubs are manipulated, as I am too.

Thanks for your post Tiger, until every one else starts complaining, the stupid is here to stay. It seems a lot of people like wtf shots all day,  lol

The only enjoyable part of this game for me is A/S games, where you and your friends can joke and laugh about all the stupid...

Sad to say and from it coming from me you may find it weird. But wgt has messed with the game i have almost perfected my short game to place well which it should be but at the same time if i miss the ding by a pixel in low winds i should not miss the green by 13 yards. Seems some are able to post amazing rounds with no wds over and over again i wish i knew the secret.

Just watched a video of another top player where he misses ding and shot flies only 10 feet from hole where i have done the same and missed 27 feet out. So i guess wgt has it picks on who they want to do good.
