    SupersonicBads

I’m really at a loss with these incompetent fools and am now wondering where I can actually go with the latest scam/sham from a legal viewpoint.

Almost every offer that has a substantial credit award with these jokers almost always gets rejected and you have to go through hoops to get what is rightfully owed.  From day one, I have always screenshotted every stage of an offer and so it was with the latest one.

BingoDiamond deposit £15 receive 8075 credits

I have screenshot proof of deposit.

I have email confirmation from bingodiamond confirming transaction.

Yet no matter what proof I send these incompetent fools it ends in the same automated rejection asking for proof.

There is absolutely no other proof available to send them, it's becoming tiresome.

The latest email from them said that they heard back from the advertiser and the system said I didn’t complete the offer so again, this ticket will remain rejected.

I have asked for details of the procedure so that i may include them in any report, as well as contact details from both supersonicads AND the advertiser who have reached the conclusion that I have not completed this offer.

This clearly is a blatant lie as this morning the manager of bingodiamond emailed supersonicads and cc’d me in on the email stating that I had completed the offer.  I am still awaiting Supersonicbads to contact me with another rejection excuse.

    To the SupersonicADS support

Can you please advise what the problem is? I have sent the member proof of their purchase and therefore completion of offer with you guys, yet it seems you have not credited them.

Please advise what the issue is soonest so we can assist this member in getting taken care of

    Thanks

    James Ray

    Manager

Confirmation of completion from the manager at BingoDiamond, what further information can i possibly provide? The Advertiser themselves have confirmed the completion of this offer!

Is there a regulatory body that Supersonicads belong to that have a code of conduct that they must adhere to?

Clearly, if I am not going to receive the credits attached to this offer, despite proof of completion and confirmation of this completion from the advertiser then I would like to recover the money.

Has an offence been committed? Is there any recourse for online fraudulent advertising?

To where should I now take this? Advertising/trading standards?

Can WGT officials offer any help in this matter?

Having the same problem with them, they offer on their 'free' wall apps to download for ipad, iphone etc.

I downloaded and installed Hotels.com for 194 credits, not a lot but free credits, i sent confirmation email, screenshots of the app opened etc and was rejected, emailed them again and basically received quite an abrupt email telling me in no circumstances would they credit me. When i returned to their 'free offer' page the offer had gone proving i had downloaded their app.

They also went through a stage over the last week of not crediting when i watched their videos, all from 1 - 2 credits, i took screen shots of my summary page and emailed them and received an email back telling me they were 'investigating'

On the flip side i logged in yesterday 1 had 10 videos to watch, all 2 credits and one for 1 credit. I watched the 1 credit video, refreshed the page and it was their again, i think there must have been an issue, at the end of the day i earned 60 credits, for a 20 second video. This morning the same video was available, i earned 97 credits in a couple of hours, i'm off work sick so was quite happy to sit at home with my ipad reading the forum pages, facebook, hotmail, and every 20 seconds replayed their video.

It got to a point last week where SS where taking so long to credit for offers undertaken, i emailed WGT and they did credit me a sleeve of balls as a goodwill gesture, so thanks WGT for the gesture, but Supersonic need to get their act together, i dont think its acceptable!

I thought I would update this post...

Now this ticket has been rejected no less than 12 times over the last month or so, even with undeniable proof with the exact same automated response.

The last couple of rejections putting the blame squarely on the shoulders of the advertiser,  DESPITE the advertiser contacting supersonicads directly (and cc'ing me on the mail) confirming my offer completion.

There simply was no other proof or confirmation available.

Had the credits not been as substantial I would probably have let this go and then pursued avenues of recovering the £15.00 i spent on the offer.

As a last resort, i contacted a prominent WGT mod, explaining the situation, and stressed that I highly doubt he would be able to do anything but would he mind having a look.  his reply that he probably wouldn't be able to do anything but would have a look for me.

Imagine my surprise when this morning i log on and find my credit balance swelled to include these missing credits.

If WGT themselves had anything to do with the sudden reversal of Supersonicads then i can't thank you enough.

If Supersonicads finally realised, faced with all this proof and the danger that the advertiser using them might see how negative the social media campaign 'might' have been.

If it's just luck and whoever was last to look at the ticket had some common sense, then i'm grateful.

bottom line, if you are rightfully owed credits for completing offers, don't give up, if you have proof keep on re-opening the rejected ticket.

Personally, i have my own suggestions as to why this ticket was eventually approved and i can't thank the Mod responsible enough, too coincidental for it not to be the reason!
