I recently entered a ranked stroke play round with 3 others at random. my ISP (AT&T) froze and we lost connectivity for 10-15 minutes. when I returned to the game later - I found a quit irate message about being a quitter. since I understand the people behind a keyboard have some sometimes unreal assumptions about their power - I thought it was funny.

without sounding too 'ironic' - most of my friends would advise against messing with me, but I tend to be a rather friendly and funny guy. I am thinking about wasting a few minutes each day baiting him, but I would rather NEVER be randomly matched with this jerk. how do I make THAT happen.

    thanks.

Go to Account then Block Player to stop the idiot from posting on your wall...but I'm not sure if that stops you from being randomly matched.

Here's what it says in the FAQ:

Blocking a player will remove the ability for that player to invite, friend, challenge, message or post on your wall.

I think I would contact WGTICON and have him take a look at the foul language this person is using on you wall. Poor f'n excuse for a Legend that has been playing for awhile.

Blocking a player does not prevent the possibility you'll meet again in random game play, nor does it prevent them from chatting with you during that game if you happen to stick it out... albeit reluctantly.

have actually been randomly matched with this person 3-4x in the past couple of days. I immediately dropped out of the game. just wished could prevent THAT from happening. thanks for all the responses. I agree it's very poor excuse for someone who has been playing this

    hi

unfortunately ignore list does not propagate to random matches. since they are random, there is no way to predict until it happens.
