Today I decided to get more credits so i looked through the offers and came across the offer with Ladbrokes.. It states, if i open a poker account with Ladbrokes and deposit £20 I would be awarded 5169 credits towards my WGT account within about 15 minutes.... This is what i did and after waiting several hours... I received NOTHING in my WGT account... I've sent 2 emails to WGT regarding this matter and the replies back amount to ZERO.

I want this matter sorted, I want someone to at least acknowledge my emails, this all seems dodgy to me...

Send proof of your actions to Ladbrokes or the company providing this offer. Not WGT's business.

From WGT, you get automatic ack. and a ticket no.(!) for webform entries (see below). From my experience, other replies are a matter of luck, chances dropping if they don't know a positive answer.

WRONG!.... It is WGT's business, it is WGT that is responsible for giving me my credits

neilo- See the contact info I put in your newer thread on this subject.

Please accept the statement from more experienced players here. It doesn't matter whether WE feel it is WGTs business or not or a reflection on their business. WGT for years has made it a policy to disappear in most (not all, but most) issues involving credits from third party vendors. They feel no responsibility to take care of their members by holding those vendors to performance and conduct standards that are routine for almost every other business out there in today's world.

WGT got your money. WGT got the third party vendor's advertising money based on giving them access to you. WGT feels it has no responsibility for anything other than putting the two in contact with each other and collecting money for doing that.

Go to the offers page, and on the right hand side there is a support link. Click the link, find the offer you tried to complete and try to get an answer that way.

I have used the support link before and had my issue resolved rather quickly.

    Cheers,

    +1

You have to do the leg work when you don't receive the credits owed, not wgt problem.
