With the PW in that set hitting 125 yards I'd say a set of 3 wedges hitting either 50, 75, 100 or 60, 80, 100 would fill the gaps very nicely.
The ATV wedges will get you the first set of distances, Clevelands the second set.
The Clevelands are very good but you need to be careful with the back spin on them, they are very aggressive. Plus points are they have the same meter speed as your irons and you can use top spin to get a few extra yards out of them.
I'm using the top ATV wedges and love them. The 64 degree in particular is a great club, deadly when you have a short approach. The only thing I have against them is you can't get more than 2 or 3 extra yards out of them with top spin, the Clevelands are way better at that. On the other hand they are very forgiving and you can get a bit of run out on them if you want.
I'd say go with the ATV but that's just my opinion. And I'm a bit of a gear freak to be honest.
