Heh. You guys remind me of the guy that has chicken for dinner, goes to bed with a breast in one hand and a thigh in the other and asks for more!  :-D

I think it was completely geared for those cats that scratched and clawed to get to level 93 and didn't get there in time for the last offer......Could be right or could be right. Makes so much sense on so many levels I don't wanna  argue, just wanted to throw it out there. And Yup, I bought it if for no other reason than.......well you know.

WGT must know something we don't.

Relist an old club and sell it and make maybe $50,000 in sales. I question that marketing strategy myself.

    OR

Since Thanksgiving morning to today (so 5 full days) I have earned approximately  900 credits watching videos only! No Surveys No Offers, Vids Only.

So it must be much more profitable for WGT to run ads rather than run specials?

    and asks for more!

I don't think it is a question of people "asking for more", it's more like people asking for something, anything. This "Black Friday" promotion was aimed at a very small group of WGT members (those close to and at lvl93), while the vast majority of WGT members got/received absolutely nothing. There was not even a free rental weekend this year following Thanksgiving as there was last year.

I think it is. Gimmee, gimmee, gimmee. That's the buzzword these days.

Black Friday is a retailer's day. They don't discount their merchandise and concoct ridiculous sales because they're benevolent, they want you in the door. What's WGT going  to discount that will induce you to buy something else?

I agree, but the Black Friday discounts offered by retailers are open to everyone, On WGT they are not.

They could have run a special offer on balls. As an example buy 2 sleeves and get a 3rd for free, or buy 3 sleeves and get a 4th free.

They could have also given us a free rental weekend like last year. I am looking to buy a new putter but I want to try before I buy and I do not have the credit bank to pay their rental charges on 3 different putters.

I just think that if WGT are going to run a special offer and label it "Black Friday" then it should encompass the whole WGT community and not just a very small group.
