Replacing individual irons with an hybrid for example

  Would like to replace my 3,4 & 5 irons in my iron set with hybrids , how can one do this? Already have 14 clubs in bag incl a 3 hybrid.

  We can't. The irons are programmed as a set. Also, there are no options in the Pro Shop for hybrids that would replace those irons anyway.

  it has been suggested to WGT though, to be able to break up the iron set.  Like some people would dump their 3 iron for a hybrid or swap out a pw for a fourth wedge of another kind or for those who haven'e figured out the R11 8 iron, slap an 8 iron from another set in there.

  It has never been commented on by WGT as to whether or not they would ever implement this. Me thinks not but one never knows. For now you are stuck with your entire iron set

  It has. They said it won't be done in the forseeable future. It is understandable as the contents of the Pro Shop would more than double and of course they don't want to make the game any easier.

  Not adding any clubs at all. Just the ability to edit in your profile bag.
