Ball Problems

  Hello,

  I'm having problems with WGT game site.  I keep attempting to change my balls from the black MAX balls to the Nike balls and I've also tried to switch the MAX balls to another kind of balls in my inventory.  When I do the switch, it shows the new ball I've chosen then I click save changes.  It closes out that page and I go to play my game.  But every time I go to play my game, the MAX balls are still there.  I've tried switching the MAX balls several times, but they won't change no matter which balls I select.  Can you please do something to fix this problem?

  This is getting expensive being forced to continually use the more expensive MAX balls.  Will you please help?

  Do you drag and drop the ball you want to use up to the Ball box in right corner of the change equipment page?

  Are you trying to change balls from the game client window?

  Maybe try from your home page and the equipment tab, maybe its seeing you as started a game through the client window and changing balls is then not allowed, just a thought .

  Thank you everyone for your help.  WGTicon sent me a message and explained that I needed to exchange out my equipment bag then swap out the balls, then re-equip the golf bag.  Once I did that, the problem was corrected.

  I'll leave this message posted, in case someone else runs into this same problem.
