  I thought these new nikes were meant to have 5 dots of precision. Where about? In the grip? Certainly not in the club face.

  <edit> it would help if i actually paid attention to which club i'd used :)

  Personally I'm not terribly surprised, I bought and sold these had a couple chances to play these with no wind and made this post.

  I can only assume from my limited experience that 5 dots does not equate to 100%.

  Simply put, I know what I was hoping for, assuming from your post you were expecting similar, as I was with my earlier purchase, 100% precision. I believe what you and others are purchasing, again IMHO, is a little more precision and a slower meter than the r11's, but you are not getting 100% precision.

  100% precision does not exist and should not be expected.

  You'd still have to include the precision of the clubs into the equation.

  Assume 20% per dot and linear dependency. 4 + 4 dots would result in 0.8 x 0.8 = 0.64, 5 + 4 dots would be 1.0 x 0.8 = 0.8 (80%)

  Best results are only given with perfect clubs of 5 dots, and there's no guarantee that 5 dots are 100% perfection.

  And then there's VEM, too...

  This shot was dinged and distance spot on. Aim arrow was on the pin but ball flies completely left off the club.

  For my edification please confirm which club.  The replay featured a Ping L60 wedge to my eyes??????

  Agreed Jim.....too funny. It's just I've been well overdue for a moan.
