WGT, you owe me 75 credits

    Just cashed in my 100 views from the carousel (the spinning videos thingy), you did NOT give me my 75 credits. WGT reset & logged me out, & ripped me off.
    Takes way too long to earn these credits, so I EXPECT YOU TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. If you give me a sleeve of balls, make sure they are the ones I am currently using, otherwise they are worthless to me.

    This is entirely on you WGT, you logged me out just as I was cashing in, & that just should not happen.

    I plan on informing your customers of exactly what you do! I mean what you do with my problem. I could have worded it better, but I'm really frustrated of being short changed.

    If you contact them via the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page then they will sort it for you. I expect that they get fed up with threats.

    This is entirely your fault wgt, you cannot blame anyone but yourself. You are the ones that decided to log me out at the same exact moment I was cashing in my viewed videos for credits. Be a man, and accept your mistake, and make it right, you owe me 75 credits plain & simple.

    Dear Stephen,

    Please know that many of the free credit offers on WGT may take up to at least 1 business day (5-8 business days for some) for the credits to be applied to your account. If this time has passed without receiving the credits or you are experiencing an issue, please fill out a support request with the appropriate surveyor because we do not have the ability to view the status of those credits nor whether the survey / offer was properly completed. The surveyor(s)/offeror(s) are the only ones that can review the database for a resolution.

    If you have participated in a TrialPay Survey or Offer on the Complete Offers tab...

    1) Visit the offer status page here: http://www.wgt.com/user/offers.aspx
    2) Click the Support button in the upper right-hand corner.

    I have contacted WGT.. Their reply is what I posted above. And the advertiser should not be responsible for credits lost when WGT logged me out while I was trying to cash in my views for credits. I have contacted Live Gamer, I will post their reply also. 

    I did scramble up my 2nd post, its fixed.

    Nothing except confirmation of receipt, pretty much as I expected since it was in no way their fault. Wgt is the one who decided to log me out, and that is what caused this situation, and no I did not have a connection issue. Sad thing is it is not the first time.

    But I do appreciate your reply and concerns. 75 credits is nothing I know, but I have to earn all my credits & it is quite time consuming, so it is crucial that I collect the ones I have earned.

    How did the threats n being a smartass work out for ya? im having same prob also, i cashed n 100 views this morning and still waiting on my 75 credits but im guessing they will show up sooner or later.

    Umm..this thread is 3 years old. I doubt the OP remembers what eventually happened, if he is even still with the site.
