  I'm for anything that speeds up the game.   

  Here's something that should be easy .. but has been suggested several times with no answer.

  Why do we need to see a scorecard after every single hole.   And have to hit a button to continue.  The scores are displayed on the top of each screen --- if you want to see the scorecard you have the option.

  Saves 9 screen changes every game .. + the time it takes people to hit continue.

  Should be easy to implement right ?   Easier than what Alex suggested (which is a fine idea also if you ask me).

  I think the idea has merit as an optional behavior, but I am not sure if it can be done. The main reason is probably the way flash behaves since when it's someone else's turn you can't have active screen to make changes.

  I agree...not sure about AS, but MP could be something to think about...most MP's are "for the win"...no issues if I can't see my opponents shot, I just want mine:)

   

    I think in AS it'd take the fun out of things...rarely play MP stroke play, so no commenet there.

   

    Good suggestion for the most part Alex..real bad form on the others that didn't think things through...whre's Frappe?...I need correct spelling of "Cest la Vie"...

  You misunderstood , you still have same time , same bantor , trash talk , chit chat , porn ..or what ever you want to do. 

  Alt or Stroke play. 

  You still have 90 sec to play. It is just that you can plan ahead.  More time to chit chat actually. No need to rush for your shot. 

  You can plan with no rush.

  At present we are waiting 270 sec in between our shots. Thats  36x270sec of wasted life.

    No, I think you misunderstood me:)

   

   In AS game, I'm fine with 3-4 minutes between my shots...as I normally just play with friends, and I enjoy the company and the banter we have...if (as you suggest) that time is cut in 1/2...etc, is less time I get to spend with my friends.

   

    Like I say, I support your idea for MP...then again if you (or third person) plays random AS, I can see your point:)

  6 years of weekly updates until they get it running correctly. More things for flash to get wrong, continual disconnections etc etc.

  Does anyone seriously think WGT are capable or willing to implement this idea? What's in it for them, except added workload and expense?  Set-up pal for 500 creds a round?

  The initial idea is sound but the practical application of it would cause so many problems that the forums would be busier than the game itself, full of frustrated, irate players.

  alex - I want to apologize for misunderstanding your purpose for the suggestion and posting my earlier "time management" comment. As this discussion has developed I realize it is more about game quality and not about personal time management.

  In that vein it is a very good suggestion as long as it is an option and doesn't interrupt the social aspect others play the game for.
