  LOL....yup i just made a thread about it.

  Game down for most of the day here. I would say was down for at least 4 to 5 hours.

  This game the last three days has been totally messed up. All of which is server related,,, yesterday website not found..... then frost screen....we'll be right back.

  I was playing a stroke game last night and out of no wheres it froze. Went back in and was told there was a problem. Not sure what the problem is, but I know this for sure. Whatever problems I have on this computer are all with WGT and not another single thing I do. I track coins on E-Bay, read the news on YAHOO every chance I get. Search for jobs, check on the latest painting trends, no problems. If you have perfect service and never experience an issue with WGT you are truly blessed or full of condensed Horse manure.

  Not dumb at all, I run my own servers for my site, deadwood doesn't really effect speeds, because its not actually a drain filling a database, but the likes of messages and such does, and also WGT, please clear your cache etc. etc. etc

  I feel, the latest flash update has knocked the game code for 6, it was updated to run on the last update, anytime flash updates and everyone updates their own flash players, the more incompatible the game becomes, sorry WGT , but seems to me as though a whole new code re- write maybe coming soon.

  its OK porting old script to run, in a fashion on the new flash code but eventually it catches up on you, hence the need for version changes, on top of this, there will be a new Java update soon ;-)

  my own take on it is this....

  the game for me has been running great for as long as i care to remember. sure there's been the odd glitch but nothing much considering it's played online.

  every once in a while problems can appear due to a variety of technical issues....that's just the nature of the internet / servers / websites....bla bla.

  i'm sure this latest issue is being dealt with.

  anyone who's under the illusion that WGT are just sitting back on their ar$es counting the money coming in and doing diddly about the site while it's experiencing issues is living on cloud cuckooland. wgt will hate these issues just as much as everyone else.....probably much more so because it's their livelyhood.

  no doubt one of the wgt staff will respond to this once they've looked into and corrected the issue......it's pretty much pointless and a waste of time them coming in here and telling us there's a problem...we already know that right? better just to leave them to it....that way the problem gets solved quicker depending how simple it is to fix and what the tech support cover is like at the weekend.

  I just know my meter is smooth most of the time but not starting yesterday, I had to WD a tourney there was no way to hit the ball.

  A simple solution to drive WGT behavior...walk away from the game and find something else to burn your money.
