Frankly I have never felt that the wind has any impact on putting on the game. Maybe one of the WGT folks can give us the low down on this.
on exposed shots it does take effect( high winds and exposed greens)...IMO...you have to look around!
not a lot but im sure it does!
On tour greens its a big effect but mainly putting into or against the wind...the effect is less when cross wind. A 20ft putt can be between 17 and 24 with high wind.
