Apex, if we were shooting darts, instead of playing on WGT "Virtual Courses", I would agree that the difference between 7 ft. and 6'5" would be important. As it is, with so many variables affecting our shots, I am happy to get the ball within a few yards of the pin!

The information that I offered above, was culled from reading inputs in threads that were  offered by players who were Legends & TLs 2 years ago .  I have used that method for the past year & have done OK.

I'm not ragging on you  or trying to start an argument but if you can offer the OP (and me as well) advice on aiming to correct for wind, that is more accurate than that offered above, I would be appreciative. I can use the help  : < )

While I am not setting any course records, it's getting a little better. I'm back to par for the most part. The meter is still a bit hanky from time to time, but I can live with that. Lesson here is be careful what you ask for, you just might get it! Distance, elevation, spin, wind, green speed...all have to be "re-learned". I didn't download any calculators as I think it's best if I can learn to do it right off in me head. I'm not always dead on, but it's getting a tad better. I also found that match play is a great way to enjoy the game and not worry so much about the score per say. I'm also thinking that maybe joining a CC would be beneficial.
