was just the camera view on Kiawa. I forget which hole but I didn't have an icon to change views. when I submitted it, it kept loading like it was trying to send but after 10 minutes I just cancelled. definitely not the biggest problem in the world, just wanted to submit is all. no big deal. TY for the prompt response.
Something like that should be fixed Immediately but ALL Bugs should be "fixed Immediately" and from what I've seen; I seriously doubt that even 1% of bugs are ever fixed. I know because I've sent Dozens of them over the years, as probably many other members have too but the SAME bugs are still there day after day, year after year but that's just my opinion from experience? :) So hope your bug-sending mechanism gets fixed but don't expect Any actual bugs you send, will get fixed? lol
Again, just an opinion/observation but I think the Site has simply gotten Too Big for them to handle and maintain and they severely lack knowledge in almost every aspect of Customer Relations? They don't even take Phone Calls from their own Customers. That is basically unheard of in Business which might actually make them the only Large Corporation in the World not to do so? Because all the emails, which can take Hours/Days to communicate; could all be settled literally in seconds/minutes via a quick phone call, IMO? But there has to be a will before there can be a way. :)
