Two years ago I was forced to stay in a hotel for about 3 weeks due to power outage in apartment. I used the hotel lobby's computer to play; did miss a couple of days since they had only one and you were only allowed 30 minutes for each session. Also check your local public library, you could easily register in as a guest if your not a resident. And don't forget Internet cafe's around the local shopping malls as well.
