"What is NOT right with the WGT site?"

And the answer is everything.

4 of us in our CC tried to play 3 different times, one on Cabo, and on the 1st hole on Cabo, the site goes down for all of us, we do not get back in time because the site was down, and we all lost our greens fees.

Back of Merion, we get to hole 3 approach shot, site goes down and we do not get back in time fo complete the round. we all 3 lose the hits on the balls, again but no greens fees loss.

back 9 RSG same exact thing 2 holes and WGT is down again./

Sent problem report in but didn't report it on FAQ but I am about to, WGT took around 18 hits on our balls, plus the greens fees for Cabo and couldnt stay up long enough for us to finish. Maybe WGT should dry that Cialis that was running as an ad on here for a while

Agree....5 games 3 disconnects on each game...no more than 2 holes max...load times were major....major problems tonight for sure

We have been receiving a lot of requests for refunds from last night. Just wanted to give everyone some tips to help get their refunds quicker when the site goes down like it did last night.

Skins and Blitz games - Please provide the Game ID #. This can be found in your transaction history.

Match Play games - Please provide your opponents player name and the amount of credits that were put on the game.

Greens Fee - Please give us the course and if it was 40 or 60 credits.

Also asking for refunds for other players in your game doesn't work. We need to be contacted by them directly. This has to do with privacy.

With the above information you should get your refund based off that first email. Without it we have to do a little more digging and can take longer.

It is nice to see that WGT is willing to refund credits spent. However, the original question was never answered. I have had several great rounds ruined in the last month or so due to a site problem. I log off of WGT and listen to some oldies, search for old pennies, and yes look up new recipes, (I love to cook). I will have no issues at all with these sites. Have we, (all the members of WGT) given you more business than you are capable of handling? If so, what is your next step to keep up with the demand? I fully understand growing pains. I have helped 7 grandchildren with their little issues. It does not take a genius or years to solve simple problems. It is up to the person in charge to do what is necessary to solve the problems. Easy enough.

The engineers are still digging into the data to find out what happened last night. As of this moment I don't have additional information on it. My main focus is to get the players back their credits as quick as possible. The site went down last night, I can't change that. I would if I could.
