Seems as though the ability to gain credits by watching videos has disappeared.....any explanation???

Okay...finally the videos returned....now..I amass 51 views by watching video ads for 20 minutes,......I then attempt to redeem 50 views for the credits offered for that amount of views,....take the required steps...and lo and behold.....the views are now reduced to "1".....however...NO credits are added to my present total!!!!! Seems as though every glitch has we the players who get the wrong end of the stick!

I thought I was through issuing this type of input,...but I guess I was wrong!!!!

Same problem here. I redeemed 100 views...no credits added to account.

I would suggest that no one redeem any views until WGT sorts this out with Live Gamer. Just let your views accumulate for the time being.

Agreed, but we would need somebody from WGT to confirm all is well when fixed.

Ok, I had the same problem just a few minutes ago, I had 80 credits when I logged on, and I was able to do 4 more videos for a total of 20, leaving me with 100, redeemed them and got nothing, Went to my account info and it doesn't show I redeemed anything.But the 100 views I redeemed are now gone. So I went to the Where's my credits page, nothing there either. So who do I contact about my credits .
