Below the cut line!! (for now)

  Woohoo!!! Went out and pulled off a 73 tonight on Bethpage.  For now I am under the cut line but I assume 70 or so will end up being the cut...

  Anyways...was fun!

  I'll keep tryin!

  I highly doubt 70 will be the cut line, honestly.  For 156 people to finish par or better seems pretty unlikely.  The cut is currently at 74, so there would have to be a whole lot of movin' and shakin' to get all those folks to 70.

  Keep shooting though.  You never know when that magic round is going to come....

  You are probably right.  I am aiming to hit 70 now as my next goal....

  My putting definitely needs work hitting the stripe..I am going to practice intentionally missing the stripe rather than aiming to one side of the hole to see if that works better?

  Anyways...havin a blast tryin to trim the score down.

  Bad news! The cut line has moved, and is now 72! Hard luck! Still better than my 91 round...

  cut is now 71... I shot an 81 on my first round at BB, way better than I thought I'd do from all the comments people have left saying how difficult it is.  It is quite difficult since I can't even reach the fairway on 2 or 3 holes, and have to hit out of the rough or deep rough.  THIS COURSE IS AWESOME THOUGH!!!  It is very visually appealing, and all of the elevation changes are pretty fun!  Thanks WGT keep up the good work, looking forward to the fixes at the end of the month, it would be nice to at least make it on the fairway ;)  I found that laying up on long par 4's is the way to go.

  The cut-line will be under 70 by the time qualifying is over... Guess my 80's aren't gonna get it done.

  Oh well; it's still great to be able to play the Page!  Let's getem to put Augusta and Sawgrass on here next!

  67 people are currently 69 or better.  I just shot a 69, and only had 7 perfect hits through the entire round.

  I had 6 birdies and a few horrible bogeys.

  I will be surprised if it is below 70.  At worst I would think 69.  (err I hope)

  i'm thinking the cut line is going to be 68

  which would put me out of luck at 70

  The cut won't go under 69... Best bet would be 70 but definitely not under 69
