  Icon presented a video from a real golf tournament with a ridiculously steep green. Putts would stop inches from the hole and roll back for miles. One player stopped his ball at the hole, accepted the penalty and thus ensured a reasonable result.

  Plus discussion by the prominent BBC TV committee.

  Dunno what went wrong with the forum discussion.

  All he said was all our club distances rating was going to change to an about +- 50 yards range, the putting scales were being removed from all putters. All clubs are going to be given a wear rating, Wind indicators was going to change to low-med-high. Distance to hole was being replaced with a statement, get distance for 5 credits. To read the greens, the dots were being removed and being replaced with for 7 credits get 2.5 seconds of estimated read. Ball prices were going to increase due to a world wide pixel shortage as well. Other than that, that was about all.

  I know what he didn't say and I'm a little surprised there hasn't been a new thread about it yet.  All you Country Club members go check the list of courses available for CTTH Tourneys. Go through the CTTH Tourney set up motions and really look at the list. There's a new (USGA) one there to be found.

  We have had it up in our CC tournament page most of the day. I hadnt read anything about it, i was just putting some tourneys up today and saw  it :-)

  Fairly easy course, no real hard shots.

  I agree.  We set ours on High Winds and nothing got over 13mph for me.
