Specter84: If a new course takes 400 person-hours to program (just a random number), maybe they take 10 of those hours, perfect a couple shots on the new course, and whet our appetites while they finish the other 390 hours?
They do exactly that with the CTTH. Instead of just 2 holes you get to see 9. Don't take that CTTH lightly if you want to do some early learning. Those are the same pins you'll be seeing in the full stroke version.
Incidentally, WGT is giving 2000 credits to the 156 qualifiers this year. This is a head start on learning the course.
Specter84: Other than PH #2 (which is brand-new), the rest of these are "water-heavy" or have mini Grand Canyons in the course, right?
No. The CTTH's that have stroke play courses available are invaluable learning aids for actual shots you see playing stroke. :-)
