At least add some additional pin placements on the holes. Even moving one of the current positions 4 or 5 feet can make a big difference in the putt. Additional pin placements would make for a more interesting game on all of the courses and without a massive overhaul.

You call them " limitations explained", I call them excuses. Can you sir, explain why it can't be done, or do you just blindly accept what is told to you. Maybe you should enlighten yourself. Don't search.....read and learn for yourself. That will enlighten you......maybe?

Have a look at the video from this post.

    ApexPC:

Changing the pin placements more than already done would require adding 10's of thousands of photos that would have to had already been taken for each golf course

Check out the video of what it takes -

    Kind Sirs,

The point I am trying to make is that the words difficult and impossible are not synonymous

It would require time and money. But keep in mind that the monies it would cost will come from the players. Like most other businesses, WGT won't spend money on it's customers until players quit spending money, or until a competitor comes along with bigger and better to offer. Therefore for those of you who feel sorry for WGT because they don't want to put in the effort required to make these improvements, you should be satisfied with the status quo. However, some of us would like to see the changes made and are not so quick to say "uncle" just because someone says that it is too hard

Personally I'd rather they spent the money on a new course than spend a similar amount of money visiting all the others to add another pin to each green on those.

Play Kia with the new pins. Make note of the ridiculous putting views you have to work with when you get on the green and then ask yourself why they are so bad. Why do you have to look at a putting line at a 45 degree angle to the putting line? Because they don't have pictures that correspond to the new pin! Without those pictures new pins become a virtual nightmare from the player's POV when it comes to the putting.
