Now all up here in these forums - I have been hosting just a thrown together Jeapordy-like question/answer trivial thread with what I (my name is Yancy) had dubbed the "Pinehurst Obscure Trivia Jeapordy Style Game" or something similars to that I would have to go back and check the name exacts, however tonight is indeed a Monday a few minutes ago and that's the night assigned to me by The Portland Hobgoblin Neighborhood Watch. So I have to make my rounds and crawl around in bushes and stuff off/on all night.
But we're still good here.
Stay with me now.
After seeing the many participants having funs, and making some new WGT friends - I had the idea other night to take this all up a notch - tier up if you will. We wanna try going pro with this new version. Create a board with categories and prize tiles but keep it simple & fun, and avoid any anxiety triggers for folks.
Floated this idea on the first thread and we got some interest back from the WGT community. Even with my Folger's going - I simply got in too deep and had some panic about can YancyCan can? Always at the right time - up pops a message on the Skyper from Team Yancy member Andyson saying that I could relax as he was gonna create the working gameboard webpage for this new venture that was simply too much for one common man to undergoes.
Andyson - a known WGT creative feller and overall good man, locked himself down and didnt look up till this new game was ready to go. We collaborated and such, argued out on few things (AndySon dumped out my fresh Folgers after one disagreement - But I deserved it. And wont talk about it) but we have a new overall premise of WGT.com general trivia, and should be funs as thats one thing we all know about and whatbnots.
Now this all Beta folks, so stay with me now here. We got a WGT Jeapordy (Beta) board that has 3 categories and 5 trivia questions in each category. Now we gots complete instructables on the game board web page - but here's how you play in common man understandables speak:
You clicker on a game tile and an answer pops up. There is no need to ding the meter, does not help your success chances. You think of the BEST question it fits with. Clicker again to see the correct question. If you was in the right, then you win those points so write 'em down or punch it into your calculator/mobi-device/glasses/watch & whatnot. Just keep track of your score. We're on the honorables system here. Lets keep it real please or it could get wild & wooly in a hurry
Now, once you've hammered through all 15 tiles, a Final Jeopardy answer will pop up for you to ponder up the BEST matching question too.
But no correct question will be given to you. BUT - Think of a question for that answer.
Total up all your points then decide how much of your total score from gameboard play you want to risk on your question beings correct.
If you're wrong we'll subtract it from your total. If you're correct we'll add it.
Simple, just like on the TV.
Now come back to this thread and post your results like belows:
-- My score was: **** points
-- I'm risking on Final Jeapordy: **** points
-- My Final Jeapordy answer is: Write it here.
-- Insert any comments, questionables or whatever here
Here's the one unsuable (but in in the interest of fun) thing we ask please.
We want to make it easy on you to avoid peeking at other's results.
Do not post your results on page 1 of this thread.
Results only on page 2 and beyond please. Thank you!
This is all for fun, no prizes or trophies will be handed out. Enjoy it.
There will be a Team Yancy Re-Cap Video to follow shortly after we finish all up on this. This will document the drama we are unleashing here and such. Will include comments and/or interviews with the top 3 scorers, and the eventual champion from them threes.

--- Appears that I meant to post the short version of these rules, but I have posted the full unedited one so if you have read all the way to here - I am sincereally impressed & offer
my apologies for the thesis you see above this.
--- Big thanks to Special Team Yancy member Andyson for making this happen. I have simply helped in the arenas that I was ables and whatnots. His creative work is always appreciated by us all and he brings that "clarity" thing that I cant seem to muster on ups.
