    Considering his previous I'm surprised the odds were so high.

    Btw FIFA  have just officially charged Suarez with 'biting an opponent'. Boot him out altogether!

    When we get to the knock-out games, I assume the score before penalties counts?  Extra time will be included?

    Correct on both counts, MM. 

    Just like last time predictions will be based on 90 minutes + extra time (if it's required).
