  Your tier has nothing to do with why I'm hesitant to add you  - you look to be an excellent player for the short time you've been playing   -  your posts being moderated is the real problem.

  Get out more on the main forums and your posts won't take forever to appear - perhaps a word with a moderator (Icon?) would help you out.
