Reporting game errors during gameplay

  Did you know that you can send bug reports directly to us while you are playing the game? This is especially helpful if you'd like to report a bad camera view or incorrect ball flight, because the report will automatically make a note of what you were viewing when the bug occurred.

  To do this, simply right-click anywhere in the game, select "Submit this problem to WGT", select the appropriate category, then type in your comments.

   Hi Alex!

  Just curious as to why I seem to be locked out of the Stroke Play Tournaments.  I can enter the Skill Challenge ones just fine, but when I am in the main game window and select Tournaments, Stroke Play, it comes up with the message that No Tournaments Are Available.  Any thoughts?  Did I win too many already?  ;)

  The game is shaping up beautifully by the way!  Thanks to all the staff for doing such a great job addressing our concerns and issues.

  Hi Tibbets,

  You can only play stroke play tournaments once, so if you've already played the October and Wk 41 stroke play tournaments, it won't show any available ones. The Jerry Lewis Open doesn't start until 10/10, so that will be the earliest you will be able to play in a tournament. In the meantime, you can play ranked rounds to improve your average score...though I see it's already very low :)

   I understand.  The issue is I haven't entered any yet!  They have never shown as available to me, hence I could never enter them.

   For imstance, the Wk 41 tournament was only made available to play for us today.  I try and access the tournament through both thehome page--Tournaments tab, and also the game window--Tournaments--Stroke Play, and I am not able to enter.  The Home page--Tournaments page only shows that I can view the leaderboard, not play, and the Game Window--Tournaments just tells me that there are no tournaments available at this time.

  I was wondering if you post the scores from the Sept. events? When I click on past tourneys I see a Jerry Lewis from Sept 10 which I believe is a typo and a quick play tourney. Thought there were a few week #39 contests ect.  Fuzzygazz

  The Week 39 prizes have been awarded, but you won't see them on the Past Tournaments tab because they were played on a different server (the Closed Beta server). The ones you see on the Past tab now were internal test tournaments. We'll definitely post the Week 41 winners next week!

   Where did I end up in the Week 39 event?  Last I saw near the end of that week I was in 1st with a 33?

  Hi Tibbets, it appears that an error occurred in our tournament admin that is causing it to think you are not in the Hack tier. We are trying to resolve the issue, and we apologize for any inconvenience. Will keep you posted...
