Is there anything WGT can do about players using bad language ? When you start a game with someone you are wanting to have a nice , pleasant ,relaxing experience and all of a sudden someone starts talking filth. Do these people realize who may be listening ? There may be youngsters or  maybe someone of faith or even somebody that just does not want to hear it. WGT needs to get a handle on this problem .

i'm not sure what WGT can do but you can always close the chat box if someone is saying something you object to.

Let's just leave it as don't bother ever playing me,you have a choice not to swear,i have a choice to swear as much as i want to,who's right? swearing is not illegal it's just frowned upon.

Unless it's racially related or religious it's not a problem

    If it's aimed at you,for instance,your s h i * * and i hate you,fair enough on here,if i miss a 4ft putt no break and ding i will most likely say bull s h i* how does that fookin miss.

    Where's the problem there

The solution is simple. There are plenty of country clubs around this site whose members treat each other with the respect you're looking for. Join one and then play only with

    1. Fellow country club members, 2. Friends you've made who you know won't swear or taunt,  3. People outside of the country club who someone you respect recommends.

Option 4 is to play alone. Then the only foul language you might hear is your own.

It's the same as walking onto any real-life course as a single. When the starter pairs you up with strangers it becomes strictly the luck of the draw. Stick to friends.
