I searched the forums for browsers & it's mostly old posts. I need some updated opinions on the browser you use for the game client.

I gave up on PaleMoon, meter is too erratic since wgt's last update. I prefer to run the game client in a window & PaleMoon is the only browser I've found that allows you to hide the address bar. It looks like I'll have to run any other browser in full screen to get rid of the bar. I think PaleMoon's problem is it runs shockwave flash, I've tried to install Adobe flash instead & it appears to install but does not work.

Anyone know how to get Adobe Flash Player to work with PaleMoon?

What is your favorite browser for the game client?

Do you run it in full screen or a window?

Any help or advise greatly appreciated

Try uninstalling palemoon and then re-installing it, I was having problems with maxthon3 after update, now running really well.

I uninstalled completely, profiles, preferences too. Reinstalled PaleMoon & used it to go to Adobe, downloaded & installed & looked like it went fine BUT when it goes to the final page it's in IE browser.

As I said, Adobe Flash Player will not install on PaleMoon. I DO NOT want shockwave flash.

Anyone know how to force PaleMoon to accept Adobe Flash Player? I've done a lot of searching in google, not found any help yet.

don't forget the Flash player connection! In the same time period (about 6 or 7 days ago), my preferred gameclient browser - Comodo Dragon - signaled a new Flash version, which which I upgraded to, from version 13.something.

Dragon is a Chrome-based browser, so it will pickup Pepperflash upgrades automatically, but PepperFlash is junk for WGT play. I download the Firefox, Mozilla, Etc version from http://www.macromedia.com/ (NOT from Adobe.com), using the Dragon browser. When complete, go to the Plugins setting page for your browser (for me, it's dragon://plugins/ ), and ensure that Pepperflash version is DISABLED, and ENABLE the Shockwave version.

To check what version you have, right-click in gameclient window and select 'About Adobeflash player ....' - you will get another browser tab or a pop-up window that should look like the below screenshot:

Big changes at WGT + major Flash Rev = ????

We'll let you know, I've just cleaned out flash & browser caches, and going to test drive it now.

I've been using Chrome for 2 years now.

I don't have to change browsers with each WGT update.

I also upload every update to Flash Player and still have a nice smooth meter and no slow loading issues,

I clear my browser and flash player caches at least daily. I have CCleaner set up to clean my browser every time I close it.

When I play WGT the game client page is the only page open and I have minimal process and applications running in the background.

Well now I have a huge problem, Chrome, Comodo Dragon, etc all browsers that actually run Adobe Flash Player. When I right click on "play now" & go to "global settings" I don't get the box anymore, it tries to take me the adobe site. What a screwed up mess.

    Any further advise??
