    Ok , I have it !! It’s a man photographing a liquidiser , being used in his garden , but the man has no ears , but is very COVID aware , is socially distancing and has made his own mask out of scraps of material from his wife’s patchwork quilt material box !

    It is a tricky one this week. There is a high probability that if you are over a certain age you will not own or ever use one of these. But they have been in existance, in one form or another, for hundreds of years.

    I actually know the name for that Yiannis, it's a sphygmomanometer! Sadly, it isn't one of those.

    It probably makes your blood pressure go up trying to pronounce it, lol.

    sphygmos = pulse

    Actually, we call this sphygmometer since you take the pulse usually from the hand, we leave out the manus (hand) word which is Latin btw.
