  Great Work Gary.

  I created a formula for my spreadsheet using your Bunker play numbers.  Got to 8in on first attempt, holed out on the next one.   Thanks for the info Gary.  For those wanting the formula using Gary's data, here it is

  M4 (cell number on my sheet) = Yardage to pin

  M7 (cell number on my sheet) = Up elevation.

  E29 (cell number on my sheet)=M4+M7+IF(M4+M7>35,IF(M7>6,3,4),IF(M7>5,4,5))

   

  If you want to convert it to a power percentage for club and lie your faced with

  F29 is the yardage for yur wedge

  20% lie....E29/F29

  30% lie....(((E29-M4-M7)*2) + (M4+M7))/F29

  Make sure the result cell is formatted for "percentage"
