Here is a quick summary of the features, answers to a few questions and a glimpse into the future. Please note that this is just a partial release of all the CC changes. The CC new versions are a lot of work for our engineers and will take several more months to complete.
Here are the basics for phase one
- If you are a member of a CC you get a free pass every 12 hours
- A pass can only be used for one single round - just about any format. It is not time based.
- You want passes because you can use them while you play and earn XP for your CC
- You want XP for your CC to level up your club and unlock free benefits, like the following:
- Increase the max number of members you can have in the CC for free ( this used to cost credits)
- Increase the max number of tournaments you can run simultaneously in a CC
- Get unlimited free shot and putter pals as long as you are in the club. No need to go to the proshop. Just level up your club go to your game options and turn on or off show Putter Pal and show Shot Pal
- Unlock the ability to set your tees for your cc tournaments
- Assign titles to your CC members. Titles are purely just for show, for now, permission will be granted to titles in the future and the owner can change who gets what titles at anytime. The owner can assign titles in the CC owner tool section on wgt.com
Future Phases
-Player CC Titles will be tied to your bank access permissions and also enable some people to help the owner administer functions for the club. this turned out to be very complicated and will take some time to develop. Thanks for your patience.
-The CC bank will allow you to store things for your club and allow club members to use the items. We are working to tie the titles to what people can use from the bank.
- Improved CC messaging, is another very heavy lifting feature and will take some time
- CC vs CC tournaments - complicated and will take some time to develop
