So I made it to 500 earned credits after the first few days. I haven't received any more for the past couple days. I see a message that if I reach amateur I get another 50 credits.

Does the supply of earned credits dry up as it appears to do? I was anticipating buying some fancy clubs with earned credits. Is this possible?

How did you earn these credits? Was there any message about them?

Your profile shows zero earned credits - Perhaps you mixed up credits and XPs?

You don't earn credits here too easily. Options are videos and surveys (deceptive), tiering up (meagre), tournaments&RGs (best equipment and skills necessary) and different challenge matches (best... (see before) and beware of rake and cheaters).

The best way IMHO is to spend some real money in return for good virtual fun.

    +1

XP or Experience points are accrued from playing and allow you to level up - the higher the level the better the equipment.

Credits allow you to buy that equipment.

Use the above link to try and earn some credits, or alternatively buy some.

HOWEVER my advise is not to buy any equipment until you have levelled up enough to buy equipment that will last (minimum level 40+) and ask the forums for advice.

In the interim, just have fun, play daily and you will get to level 40 or 50 in no time.

Alosso and alanti are on completely on point with the information they provided regarding XP and obtaining credits. (thanks players) If you have more questions feel free to reply or contact a Support agent at members@worldgolftour.com.

In order to reach amateur , you have to play ranked stroke play rounds . Looking at your stats it seems that all you have been doing is playing practice rounds . That wont work towards tier advancement . In practice mode your scores dont count and they arent recorded . So play stroke play and let the game set the round for you . You can still pick the course , front or back 9 or full 18 holes . But the game will set the tees , wind and green speed for your tier .

Welcome to the game by the way and good luck also . You can always come here to the forums for help and advice . Many players here will be glad to help you out as you can see . Hope this helps and again good luck with your game . :-)

I dont know what you saw alosso but the O/P full profile history is blank . Nothing but 0s and the only  stat recorded is the avg. 150 . They havent played any recorded rounds .

I stand corrected , if  looking in their activity you see the m/p history . But if you look in their stats and score history everything is blank . Must be a bug in there somewhere . Once again WGT to the rescue . Boy are they in trouble now .hehehehehe :-)

Yeah but their games are garbage . They arent playing players of merit . Accounts are 2 years old , still playing with starter gear . I wouldnt even waste a starter ball playing those players . So not to worry this one is definitely not a threat . Not yet any ways . Maybe this is the start of their smoke screen , only time will tell .

I realize that, just thought it pointed to previous playing experience out of the gate.
