"Free balls w/$10.00 credit purchase

  WGTadmin..... I responded to pop-up? on 10/16/10 12:00 noon pst by WGT (3) free GI-SD vapor balls w/$10.00=1000 credits. I haven't received the balls. WGTsky responded that I received the balls on 10/14/10 which I did on a separate purchase. These transactions were two (2) separate purchases. You can verify these through my account activity  Please add the balls to my equiptment per the promotion. Thank you, David

  Ditto same here I have sent emails about this and as yet have had no response from WGT, please check my account and send the free balls you owe me.

  I know you can't do anything about it, and I appreciate your comment. But my pop-up ad didn't say 1 time offer. It came up before my RG's start. (most of the time) Sky replied and said I rec. balls on 10/14/10 which I did. However I purchase a 2nd credit and haven't rec my balls.

   

  I WANT MY BALLS.  LOL

   

  ps funny thing is I don't even like or use the vapor balls for reg.play. Use them for blitz,so don't care if I lose'em lol

  I did not get mine either and cannot figure our where to go to equipment them either.

  CB They go straight to your equipment if you check you should see them there.

  I have had no response from WGT at all either from here or the email I have sent,

  which say's a lot about how much WGT  think about customer care?.
