    this BS right ?

    That'll teach em .

Then what would you do with your life ?

Where would you go to *** ?

Is that what the gaming commission's only  role is, shutting down?

I was thinking that maybe they would give WGT a wake up call.  Greed is such a powerful influence, like a very potent drug.

You'll be pleased to know that WGT is not my life.

"Where would you go to ***?    What?

Saying that equipment and balls have become more expensive is not necessarily correct. Three years ago, the Callys were 250 and they still are. It is just more and more balls that have better and better stats have been added which will obviously lower scores but will come at a premium. Also way back when , the R11 driver was the one to have above the others, and now it is rarely seen for longer ones.

It then is no wonder that it becoming more of a "what you have", and not "how you use it".

How about making the next Clash (since there is bound to be one) -  25 player teams and starter equipment. Levels up virtually all the clubs, then with more of a chance, more would take part.

Then we will see a closer contest with real skill coming forward. After all, the best players can still judge their shots, even with a bent stick, but lesser ones will at least have an opportunity to maybe get close.

I agree, WGT have not increased current model equipment - that has in all fairness stayed constant. In the case of the Callys - I was impressed prices stayed the same at the revamp to HEX. But these were effectively just a name change, not a new development.

The flip side was the G20 being replaced by the G25's - same stats new price. The Satin wedges went the same route before that. New top range balls now cost more than the GDP of a third world nation...and so on.

The R11 is what I used, not forgiving, but probably more realistic than the R1 where you hardly ever miss a fairway - even when you miss the ding by a mile! Did I upgrade, of course! So every new product and every new dot equates to extra $$$$

The horse bolted a long time ago, and it is not returning to a level playing field. No incentive to have starters tourneys as the revenue is negated. Perhaps if we were all idealistic, then yes, but it will not happen. Perhaps the best leveller is to reintroduce tier based equipment.........but that will never fit the income model. The game is what it is, that is what it has become.

    WGTadmin:

    Hey WGTers,

WGT would like to thank you all for participating in the first CC vs CC event that ran for the past 24 hours. We know there are some kinks and issues to fix and we will be making those updates before another event is run.

Also, we know there was an issue in the system where playing a game outside of a Clash would earn points for your club if it was involved in a Clash. Although this behavior was not intended it was not against the rules. That being said, we will be changing the rules for all future Events so this will not be allowed and points will only be earned while playing in a Clash game.

Again, thank you for all of the feedback and forum posts.

    WGT

I am flabbergasted, what is against the rules?

Multiaccounting is against the rules and you have been reported

I think I've read most of this thread, took me long enough......................anyway, in case I somehow missed it, did WGT issue any kind of a response to all the questions/complaints?

The debate basically shifted over to another thread "Statement from ANCC owner" - which has grown almost as big as this one - and still not a single reply on either thread from WGT

    Hard to believe.
