Recently after having some issues with the inability of our owner to send club wide emails, we were advised of others having the same issue. The other owners told us they had to transfer ownership to other members and let them accomplish this task. So we thought what the heck, we will give it a shot. After the owner transferred the club to me it showed me as owner on our cc home page but there was no owner listed in team member list, just 3 directors. I also noticed i had not been awarded forum admin tools. i tried to send out an email to all members and only 2 out of 20 members i contacted received it (yes i had them check their account for email notifications clicked on and check spam/junk folders).

i sent and support request in and was told to transfer ownership to someone else and then have them transfer it back to me to see if it cleared up the lack of forum tools issue. The problem with that was, when I tried to transfer ownership, no one was getting the emails and it is a requirement to click the link in the email to accept the transfer. After 6 tries I found someone to complete the transfer and they didn't get the tools either and when i got the club back it still did not work for me. The email from WGT support stated that if this did not work to respond back to them via reply to that email, which I did. Supports reply to that request was that they did not know how to fix the issue but they would let the engineers know.

i have since transferred the club back to the original owner (FINALLY) we still have no owner listed in our members list and no forum admin tools. The original owner has sent 4 requests to support and has yet to receive an answer since regaining ownership. He gets every other email notice from WGT (e.g. tournament notices, purchases, forum posts and so on) so I can only assume no answer from support is forthcoming. So again I ask, What do we have to do????

it is hard to maintain an efficient program when you cannot clean up older posts and organize your club business matters.

i realize that Admin is trying to upgrade our experience and implement new tools for directors, however it would help if we could at least keep the basic functions working while that process moves forward.

Please advise how we can assist or a time frame for a possible solution.

Please contact customer support again.  They can assist with transfer of the club again.  There is not Mich that can be done about owners tools.    - WGTdbloshoe

One user's workaround - yet two years old - was to transfer the CC and then leave while NOT being the owner and to re-enter at once. This would give forum tools back to the former owner. It might also work when the ownership was re-transferred afterwards.

We (Texas TEE Time) are dealing with the same issue.  Is there a certain number of times that have to be attained before a club is put on the "to do" or "will look at " list??

Receiving every other form of email notification that is under the sun, over the hills,in the valley, around the moon,etc,etc.,etc. especially pertaining to money,$$, moohla, dinero or promoting WGT LLC enterprises.

How about just a little "LOVE" for the homeboys and girls.

    Thanks for ???

We have finally figured out how to get the club back into the hands of the rightful owner Shoe, but i really don't understand the comment "There is not Mich that can be done about owners tools", how are you going to add owners tools to officers if you cant fix them for owners. How can you not have the ability to manipulate the coding of one area of the game and not have access to repair another..

And for the sake of argument, lets say that is true, are we then stuck with a club that for the rest of its existence is left with an ever growing forum that we will never be allowed to delete anything from  If our members have to sort thru endless pages of non relevant material, they will give up and we might as well not even have it. Also God forbid someone writes something inappropriate on there and us not have the ability to remove it.

I cannot imagine that WGT's Admin personnel would feel comfortable with that level of control over their forums. I guess that is why newer members have to have their posts approved prior to posting.

i am sorry if I sound upset, however a lot of us on here spend an enormous amount of time and effort trying to organize and appease groups of people that ultimately spend their hard earned dollars on your site, All of us owners and directors know how hard it is to keep people happy and content to continue playing this game consistently. It would really be nice if we could got more support to keep them here and not just leave due to frustration

I am referring to Mods and Customer service.  We can not do anything to update or change owners tools.

I totally understand Shoe, I know Admin doesn't control the coding and maintenance of this site. But we are not getting anywhere with Customer Service, Out of 7 requests sent, we have only received 2 responses. and both of those were ambiguous and of no help whatsoever. I am not asking you personally am I asking can we get a little help making it happen. Marcostincup (owner) has another outstanding request in now and he did not even get  an acknowledgement of their receipt of the request let alone an answer.

I bet if suddenly no one was able to buy credits or make purchases in the pro shop due to a coding error, someone would find a way to fix that quickly enough.

I don't think that the club e-mail system has ever worked. It certainly hasn't since I've been here. You received bad advice to exchange owners as that has even more pitfalls. This site reminds me of an old car, they keep fixing bits but others fall off as they do it.

Perhaps this could be changed for efficiency purposes?
