  you already hit from farther back, why change the speeds? it evens it out

  Most likely, to encourage more active participation. The "aura" of the "TL" tier along with Champ speed greens drive newer players away, when in fact if the TL is faced with, say, standard speed greens, it is, in fact, the "TL" who will have the most problems.

  id prefer 'ship greens, love them......but alas, im not good enough to get there
