However the WGT wants to paint this clash of clubs is up to them. If someone wants to start a club into the match, fine. I would like to see a fair competition that any club, no matter its size has a chance of winning. Augusta won again with almost 250 members which says a lot about fair play. I put in one round because I had one pass. Not against using that free one but will certainly would not buy additional ones since I know the results are rigged in favor of size.
It would be a better deal for "us" (players) if the Clashes were limited to a certain number of players. A 200-250 member CC, for example, could only have 20, or 30, or 50 players competing in each event. They could swap it out on each of the 2 events. Have WGT notify about upcoming Clash, and owners could post in their respective forums, asking players to sign up to play. It would still lean towards the CC that spends the most on passes, and plays over and over, but it would eliminate 10 players from a CC going against 100 from another, even though both CC's have 200+ members.
But, then again, that would be considered a revenue loss, so I don't see it happening. Just a thought.
And do away with ONE PRIZE!!!!
I guess because I did play, I did benefit by getting 4 CC passes, and a ball speed boost for 200 shots.
Maybe each new one will be better and more equal than the previous one. Maybe.
