The rest of the CC could and probably would fund the playing team from heir CC ?

As I mentioned in the first saga post, let the CC know the teams and players from each pool who they are up against, be a tactical match then and I believe would make for a fairer comp if the winner of each group of CC's in each pool won something.

    WGTdbloshoe:

    TheDuckinator:

    How about something like this:

    1) Give the club owner the ability to enter his club in a clash.

    2) Other clubs would be able to see all the clubs that have entered.

    3) If you see a club (or clubs) you would like to play against, you could challenge them.

    4) Give an option of how many players will be able to play from each team. IE: 10 - 20 - 30 - ect ect... Each player could only play 1 time.

    5) Give a start time and a duration time. IE: Starts at 8pm (WGT Time) , Duration 6 Hours.

Didn't see this to just now.

    1.  Not going to happen.  We have all seen the issues with some clubs where their owner disappears.  If we did it that the owner was the only one who could enter, then they would never  be able to play.  Something having to do with Officers is possible.

Mr Shoe... I disagree. If WGT made some of these changes, I'm sure you would get more participation from the clubs. I know for sure that we would be more inclined to play. If you are in a club that will not participate, change clubs. Bottom line is that the owner and or directors should be the only ones able to start a clash.

If you let the clubs start their own clash, against the club or clubs they want to play, this feature could be active all the time. Not just a once a month event...

    2.  Agreed something that needs to be looked at.

    3.  Something that definitely should be implemented.

    4.  Personally I like the idea of top 50 scores of a club or some specific number.  That way a player who has a bad hole doesn't feel like they are excluded.  They can playa gain if they wish to try and get a better score.

Also I have not been avoiding the thread, just been doing some testing.

    Very good ideas by Duckinator.

1/  Not sure how many CC's there is, maybe 2000 for a ball park figure. Maybe 1200 CC owners are active (if that).  Just an example.  If Wgt brings in the Director options, then the Directors of a club can also start a clash. What we a doning now, anybody can start a clash and the CC Owner does not know anything about it.

2/ and 3/  great idea too, then we can play against other CC's when we want to. Could be done in a Social Event.

4/ I imagine the more active members in a CC the better.  Small clubs like mine (20-30 active members) have no chance.   The Top 50 scores within a CC in a clash would be great.   This means 200 people can play a clash, but the top 50 top scores will be registered towards their Club.

Or we can have grades, which is also a good idea.

    We can have Grades....

A grade for 200+ players and scores

B grade for 100+ players and scores

C grade for 50+ players and scores

D grade for 20+ players and scores

All Clubs can enter every grade, thus keeping Wgt happy with the Pass Purchase, but also small clubs can still compete...  well not win, but compete against the best.

Via the game client, just follow the Event trail, and click in the box avoiding play now, unless you want to.

    Thx m8.

The clash is setup at the moment that anybody can enter.  I came home from work yesterday and we were entered in one, started playing and noticed I had 3mins left on clock....lol

That will get you nowhere.. This thing is here to stay. Our best bet is to put ideas out there to improve it. Get them to make some changes that we can live with...

    Just my 2 cents...
