  COUNTRY CLUB LEAGUE - THIS IS AN ADVERTISEMENT

  Hi all WGA players, just a quick reminder that the deadline is coming up tomorrow for the Winter 2011 Country Club League. The first season is concluding right now, we've gone through our teething issues, and we're ready for a big expansion next year. 27 teams from 14 clubs are now entered.

  Scorecard for my 2nd round match with good friend Claremoreblue -

  

  We've both been having problems with our PC and we've tried real hard to get this game done since late last week ! Sorry to everyone for holding things up, I'll try my best to move things along real quick now.

  Good game with my good buddy Tony and after a slow start it was a real close game all the way.  Thanks Tony for a very enjoyable game even though i must admit it was very very nervous through the whole game as i was praying real hard both of our PC would hold up to the end ! :-))

  Good match with Jason and he was a little unlucky and his game was off today but he still played pretty good and there was only a few putts that separated us in the end.

  So i've finally caught up with everyone in this tourney ! Hopefully we might get the tourney completed before this weekend and sorry for holding things up again everyone !

  Hey there Robert. If I'm not mistaken we are on break till the 3rd of January. So enjoy the time off. Hope you had a great Christmas and I wish you and your family a very safe and Happy New Year.

  Semi finals of match playThanks as always for the match vic..always fun.. Crazy match though as we looked like noobies on the fast greens

  Gotta say one enjoyable match , i got off to a birdie at the start and 1 up but Monty holed his 3rd shot from 53 out for eagle on the 2nd to get it back to square , the we halved the next 3 holes with birdies and pars 

  6th hole , i get Metered right off the Tee and put me straight left in the weeds , lost ball ,and Kam the perfect Sportsman played the hole out to a half , i gotta say i know alot of players would not have done that , and for that , that shows me Monty is a TRUE GENTLEMAN 

  7th and 8th Halved in birdies and going up the 9th i managed to knock it to 7 foot , montys come up a tad short but nearly chipped it in , i rolled my birdie in and took the win 1 up 

  thanks again Monty for a great game and even better company and sportsmanship
