Some browsers work better than others on different machines. Maxthon and Comodo are popular on here.

I use Firefox, Comodo or heres a different one, Opera for playing this game. I also regularly clear my caches etc. I seem to have a reasonable meter most of the time, at least I have learnt to play with what I have got.

Also don't try running other stuff while you are playing, I like to listening music while playing, but I have a Chromebook and play it on there ..... no meter jumping then. Also as others have said read the system requirements over there  >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

There are several things you can do at your end to help make the meter play smoother on your computer.

Beer is the finest answer I have found. Evens out the stutteriest meter - and yes, 'stutteriest' is a word, I just invented it.

The real skill is in balancing the quantity and strength of beer vs the amount of speed and stutter of the meter.

The theory though is simple: If you miss the ding early (premature eclickulation - there's also a cream for that) = increase beer intake. If missing late (drunk - or nodded off again) = reduce beer intake - or have a coffee.

The balance, once found, provides both a perfect swing and a more pleasant demeanor where smashing the screen in anger (or deleting this GAME for ever) rarely enters your beer soaked neurons.

Beer....is there anything it doesn't make better?

...and if all else fails, take some/all of the advice given earlier in this thread ;-)

Good luck - hope you get it sorted.

    Reality

Reality is relative to ones circumstances and environment.

If I was living on a totally self sustaining small island in the south pacific somewhere, with whom ever I wanted to be there with when I wanted - and a crazy border collie. Beer would, well ya not really be able to improve on that in any way at all not that I could see, nope....

On the other hand if I was stuck in some god forsaken muddy, cold, one room shack, stuck in the middle of some constant live fire war zone in the Ukraine in the winter, with no heat, scavenging for scraps of food or what I could kill, while trying not to get shot at... Ya, a fu*kin beer would, for whatever brief period of time, make that reality just a little nicer, better in some way. That is providing I liked beer to begin with. If that beer happened to be a Guinness, well all the better.

    Sayin....
