1/2 the usual tourney XPs is misguided IMHO;
Extra free passes was a good move;
Prizes..........well someones idea of a joke I guess, and backfired huge looking at the turnout;
% participation bonus well a great idea, but for CCs of 1 it misses the point a bit...Still close to right. Leave the math to WGT on any imbalance still left with super passes ..small v big club.
I do think it's better than it was, and get that it needs to appeal broadly. The broad base in mind (ones that need rough easier certainly) I still think + points for bogey is not right, but the rest seems about fair.
3 things out of all that mainly to me:
1. Prizes.....Seriously gnomes and now hearts........
2. Not being funny this is a side show to the main event waiting to happen. You need to also set decent stuff up WGT that really is about competition as well.
3. CC tools all as discussed remain burning as an issue, and for jeepers sake allow CCs to set up at least brackets between each other soon.
