Guys... the high scores really don't matter any more!  They don't count.... I've even posted several astronomical rounds because I messed up early and was screwing around for awards and such. My average didn't creep up one bit and I got more XP points out of it.  Does that make me a 'bagger? So if this dude keeps shooting good scores when it matters he will land where he should be anyways.  The only thing that is wrong is the Matchplay stats but given time he'll get his due.... start another account an realize just how long it will take to get back to where he is now and give up.  Believe it or not this is a better system that we are under.

A "quick" look at his stats, record, money won, ranked rounds etc, doesn't sound off any alarms to me.....imo

But his match play W/L record is "quite" impressive. Would advise caution or be on top of your game if you decide to play this fellow.

And if he gets caught using a second account he will be gone.

With the new average scores , it is impossible to sandbag . The most alarming thing is when you see some peoples just start out and moved up to couple tier(so they got some bonus credits ) , then buy gift to other accounts while they still using Starter clubs and balls . I though it should be other-way around .  Tell me if i'm wrongs ?

Looks like he was just working on getting some awards. That explains the extremely high scores anyway.

Have to agree with most of what you say here AL but not too sure about the better system part.

The way wgt has it set now makes levels very important to get so that players are able to upgrade equipment.

To rise in levels we need to play more games and what better way to get practice and to level up at the same time, than to use ranked rounds/free tournaments with starter balls.

Doing this will probably mean that our score records will show some very high scores in free rounds and normal (probably low) scores when we are playing serious golf

Too many people here spend too much time worrying about others when they should just relax and enjoy their own golf.

Leave wgt to sort out who is cheating, after all It is their site!

Problem is WGT doesn't care about cheating.
