WGT Invite Issue

  Why not set up an alt shot round yourself?  It won't take long to see what we're talking about and have been talking about since mid Dec 2000 and freaking 14!

  I have 3 invites to Gsoup in the last 40 minutes, he always accepts in hopes that I am not his partner. He obliviously did not see the invite. I think we have given typhoon a bigger bone than he can chew. Just my opinion.

  Ok, no more posts on this matter, If you can't stand the heat get the hell away from the fire. I now have an AS win on my profile, WE did not win this, we were 2 down, an opponent got disconnected and could not return to game. Are you getting this? At All?

  - When did you notice the invites stop working? A date and time would be great.

  February 13, 2015 for me

   

  - What game modes are you trying to invite players to? 

  Stroke play

   

  - Are you never receiving an invite, is it only from certain players? Is it random, are you the only one not receiving it or is your friend/player not receiving it either?

  Random

  Everyone I play with having this issue. We all try and eventually if all log out, close broswer (chrome I use) and back in, we eventually got it to work that particular time/evening. But the issue still remains.

  3:15 pm cst stroke play Bethpage Black front 9 CBrown10165 was unable to be invited. Several others tried to invite and he still wasn't able to see the invite. He also could not invite me. I would not see his invite to me.

  Folks, we sincerely apologize for the issue with inviting players and are trying to track it down and really appreciate your patience and understanding. We really know how much of an inconvenience this is causing. Tomorrow will will provide an update as soon as possible.

  Half the problem lies with the amount of rubbish on the site.  Who the hell wants to play Bandon, best of par 3's, best of par 4''s best of par5's, best of famous, best of hardest etc, etc.  We don't need this daily pass gimmick, or the buy your friends balls gimmick.  We spend enough on buying our own balls.  All we want are proper courses and a fair deal from you.

  well looks like WGT finally did something about the invite issue, now when you open the game client page, after about 20 seconds it just logs you out of WGT all together...great fix that is. Now I dont have to worry about invites at all!!!!! But amazingly the man page and all of its functions including pro shop work just fine, brilliant plan.
