The past few free balls email promos I've received haven't delivered on the free balls, even after playing. Am I not playing the correct event. Usually I play a CTH, or blitz, to see if it works.
They don't automatically get loaded for use in your bag. Have you checked your inventory for the free balls? You can also check your account tab, just above the Play Now button to see if any balls were added to your account.
