  And i speak for myself from the observations i see within the game and the site in general.

  The thread is about the frozen Ready go's. It's been fixed. I said well done.

  That's because that bracket was running during the weekend. All of them were voided today and nobody will be paid out. Although you know you beat someone, cause you can check their score, that score simply didn't register as the correct bracket round, therefore nobody played them (in the eyes of the program), so they are all WD. Sorry

  Why does it show 1 player advancing?? I'm sorry your answer, just like Typhoon and Iconian responses is not making sense- if the game is voided then it should not still appear. 

  I want them to come out and say it--"tough crap all you players" You are not getting paid-just come out and say it. 

  There will be a reduction in the number of players who participate-be sure of that.

  Woulds be nice to finally get an answer on this WGT.I played a bracket over the weekend,my 1st in a while.Just checked to see if i had advanced to semi final,to see that myself and my oppo is down as WD wtf! i checked both profiles and noticed we both have scores for this round posted,in our score history.I beat my oppo by 4 shots to boot.

  I doubt i would beat Blueeyes to reach final but it would be nice to at least receive my 144 creds to getting to the stage i did.

  P.S I hope you(WGT) will be working out a way to payout players that have played in these brackets and have earned credits like Lisa for example.

  I can’t believe it, I thought that you withdraw all the players in brackets who encountered bugs and now I see that some player are going to win whithout playing a round. This is really a big mess! WGT is just a game, we play for fun but credits is money and losing money this way is not fun. We are a lot of players really angry about this. One more time I think that the less you could do to apologize is paying all the players who were still in position to win when the brackets scratched with the full prize of the bracket and not only to refund the entry fee, don’t you think so?

   

  You seem to forget that we are not only players, we are your customers !

  Just to be clear-I don't think anyone is going to win any credits over that span of time where problems were encountered. My take is that ---"OK its fixed" but not corrected-there is a big difference.

  Edit: I take that back I just got informed re: some players who entered RG's that they have indeed received their credits--not sure about the brackets.

  If you're talking about me, learn how to read 1st and then tell me where the eff was I giving excuses for WGT? I'm pissed off at them for this, cause I lost almost 5000 creds in entry fees (2800) and balls (3 sleeves for 700 each). And the way they were going, a 10k + pay day.

  My answer to Lisa was simply my observations (and getting WD from 12 brackets during this cockup I was in a great position to observe this) on what happened, what is going to happen and why it happened to Lisa. The fact I'm pissed off about this does not prevent me to try to explain the sad fact to someone else, ffs!

  Sadly, I don't think bracket payouts will happen, cause the bracket program just didn't register the scores, being frozen for a day or so. Now they unfroze it today, it thought it was still Saturday and nobody posted scores in round 1 or 2. Meanwhile, the time (and the course) was on day 3 or 4 and that were the only courses we could play. But the bracket program was still missing scores from previous rounds (cause it was sleeping when we shot them), never received them in time, therefore all the WDs.

  I think in order to pay out the actual results we shot (and could compare them from our score histories) someone from WGT would have to manually check every score from every bracket (plus I'm not sure if they could even check the countback in case of ties) and then pay out the winners. Considering they would have to invest their time to basically lose their money, I highly doubt this will happen, right? I wish it would though... My guess is we can only hope for a refund of our entry fees and even that after having the hassle of writing emails to CS.

  Brackets that started yesterday afternoon are safe to play and working correctly (for now), hopefully being pissed off will help our games. I just made my 5th HIO less than 4 months after my 1st, lol.

  it registered enough to tell me that round 2, 3 and 4 was available to play so I did.  There are plenty of us who are owed credits.

  but hey, it's a BETA game and there are no doubt caveats and disclaimers in WGT terms and conditions to cover system issues like this, meaning we enter at our own risk.....

  Like Lisa, i'm not at all hopeful of an agreeable resolution to the affected games. Shan't be playing any credit tourneys until WGT release their STABLE software version ;)

  There are good reasons why software is still in BETA mode 5 years plus after release and it's not to protect the end user that's for sure

  well my 1st of 6 brackets ended, no credits.

  Will we have to hunt down our credits through help? Nevermind the fact that I was 10-0 in them. lol, Well I know I was 5-0 for sure and I rarely lose at 2nd round bandon.

  Id just be satisfied with my money back. WEll that a lie but I will take what I can get I suppose.
