  So first we had wrong green denomonations, ready go's arent renewed for a long time now and are getting boring, and now there is a fault in the pay out, something that has happened before.

  Cant it be that there is something really wrong there? Or broken? Or hacked maybe?

  I would hazard a guess that there was not one iota of a problem in the act of taking the entry fee to any and all tourneys. amazing how that is one part of WGT that never seems to have a glitch

  Its not just the ready go stuff, theres also the invite problems, the increase of disconnections and freezing of games and the fact that placing a reply does not always work. The letterfont jumps to something else and i you click on post you get an not placed empty post screen with a little red star above left corner.

  Its incredible hoe many glitches there are at the moment in a period where WGT really should give it their best

   The RG's should be postponed until the "problem" is fixed.

  I personally smell a rat.

  Players like myself don't have huge reserves of credits and rely on the occasional decent showing to replenish our credits. Low and behold, we have to dip into our wallets if we wish to play on.

  How about offering a bonus of say an extra 20% on top of the prize money for all the waiting and loss we've had to endure, WGT?

  Nah! Thought not.

  So I just looked and counted and there are like 64 RG's that have ended but have yet to pay out across all tiers!  That is a lot of loyal WGT members that are sitting there waiting to get paid.  Over 1900 good, loyal, willing to suppport WGT members that are getting the shaft.  

  I understand that eventually these will be paid out but c'mon WGT, keep us informed.  I do not depend on RG credits for my game but their are a lot of people out there that do.  Think about all the balls/equipment/passes/golden putters not being bought!

  Just a lot of stupid little glitches as of late!

  Thanks for update. Although you may already be fully aware of the types of problems being experienced, below is a little feedback on the issue.

  I currently have 4 Bracket competitions on the go.  The strange thing is that although the winner is not being identified, both players are being asked to play the next round.  I am doing so in the hope that when all this is sorted, I may end up the eventual winner and get paid any credits due. 

  In one case, I was already shown as the loser, prior to the system problems, but have been asked to play in the next round....of course I wouldn't expect to be paid anything but I carry on playing...........

  Hope its resolved soon...no point in entering any further contests until this is fixed.

  I wish you the best of luck....I know how difficult a fault like this can be to find and then reconcile all the back payments.

  I ask again: can I get some credits now and pay for them later? I didn't think so.

  Fix this problem now. The constant incompetence is staggering. And I really do mean constant.  It's one *** up after another.

  Fire some people. Hire people who can do their jobs. This isn't hard.

  Really?  Do you know what broke?  Do you know what WGT's employees' daily responsibilities are?  One may reasonably assume that even when things are running smoothly, they stay pretty busy.  Checked out Microsoft Xbox Live lately?  They have a small country's population worth of programmers and they haven't been able to fix their service for months.  Same with Sony.  I've pulled my hair out for HOURS looking for the solution to weird spreadsheet results or formatting snafus in word processing docs only to discover a single comma in the wrong spot.  I imagine WGT runs on hundreds of thousands of lines of code.   Do you really think they are sitting around cackling about how they suckered a few dozen people into paying imaginary money for a fake golf tournament only to GASP have to wait a few days to get their fake money prizes?  I'm one of those people and I want my fake money just like you do.  I just assume they are actually trying to get it right.  They aren't morons or this game would have failed and the 'smart' programmers would have started a 'better' game to get the fake money prizes out faster.  Patience.

  I agree it's getting pretty sad. I was playing around 5 or 6 RG's a day. Now there is only one 100 credit even lies tournament. There used to be at least 3 or 4 100 credit even lies at the same time. Cut back to shooting 1 or 2 a day. Now I can't even shoot them because they're not paying out. You would think with some new competition on the block they would straighten some things out. But things only seem to be getting worse. So till they get things straightened out it's probably one hole a day for a while.

  ya i figure they owe me about 3500 credits....i sure don't get a 3500 credit loan from them. This with all the other issues (invites,bracket problems,freezing) getting to be a bit much.

  This site seems to be going backwards.....more problems in last month than i can ever remember. Why not just shut the ******* thing down.
