Brackets NOT WORKING

  None of the player's scores are being recorded, nobody is being advanced and no price money is being paid out.  What is going on with the bracket tournaments?  I even played 3-4 rounds today and nothing is showing up under my activity or recorded scores.

  We are currently aware of the issue with the Bracket tournaments, Ready Go's, and Country Club tournaments not working properly. We are investigating the matter at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  My score did show up in my history on my profile page. Even said Bracket.  But no Bracket!

  I wish to confirm the fact that Brackets is not working. I played two rounds last night and the bracket shows that I withdrew from both. When I was playing it did not show me the bracket round I was in but it did let me start the round. I assumed I was still in it. I played the rounds only to find out today that Brackets is not working.

  Hello. After further review the Brackets are working from today. Brackets from the last couple of days will not end or provide players with the winnings. Please refer to the post in this thread. You can contact Customer Support for a refund if you paid to enter the bracket.

  If i were computer savvy enuf to do that. I would. But i just finished round 3.

  I feel i should at least get semi final winnings.

  AND if no one else had the chance, then I should win by default.  

  I guess I'll reread the Bracket rules.

  I played today but later was shown as WD - however it was a free bracket so no big deal - will try another now if the problem has been fixed.

  how about brackets that were free to enter but had a prize added?  

  what will support need to know from we that will be requesting refunds.

  "Sponsor has the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Tournament for any reason, including if it cannot be completed as planned due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures and to select winner from eligible entries received on or before the termination date. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to contact entrants, whether due to technical or human error."

  "and to select winner from eligible entries".

  NOT: "or". It is: "and".  Since i completed my 3rd round, I would like WGT to live up to the wording in the Rules, and select a winner from eligible entries.

  Bottom line, I want my Credits for making it possibly through the 3rd round, than a mere refund.

  Changing the Rules after the fact is not appropriate. This supposed to be the most realistic Golf Game, isn't it?? You made the Rules. Not I.

  ditto , snafu's happen ... WGT - Do the " right " thing ; refund the credits ; fix the problem and lets play some GOLF !
