Did you move the ding line?

  My ding line works fine. I suspect for some of you, the game client still displays the old meter image, which could explain the offset. Clearing cache may help.

  I did clear both my caches before playing and the ding line shown is not where we get a ding.  There is an invisible ding point as Fmags said, about 3mm to the right of the shown ding line.

  They must have received millions of e-mails requesting a change to the most basic of items in the game.

  Did ANY QA person test this release by trying to putt??

  My bad. I only tested shots. Now I can confirm the problem in putting. Guess I'm qualified for the WGT QA team. :)

  They increased the size of the left side of the meter (power control) but kept the overall meter size unchanged. That means the right side of the meter is shorter. Someone forgot to take that into account.

  Much harder for miss-ding putting though. Early is now the ding line, late is now MILES late - hard to get your head around.

  And unfortunately I am one of those ;-)  Just glad I'm not losing my mind and it's not only on my end. Gives me hope they'll fix it back...........just around the time I get used to where to click now.......in about a month or 2 :-(

  Edit: Mine must be smaller than all of yours (talking about the screen here), cause my ding line is no more than 1 milimeter to the right of the supposed ding ;-)

  A suggestion like this usually doesn't get much mileage, but maybe we should all put our clubs away until and unless they sort this out.  Putting was already a bit of a guessing game, now it's hardly worth the trouble.

  Probably an easy adjustment for them...for the rest of us, not so much.

  No pint logging at all until fixed.  They seriously need to fix several things fast of course anyway.............They either have absolute grade A World Best Idiots doing this or there is one sharp dude from the competition in there.

  I see no point is wasting time with any play of any sort as of now

  Some release notes thoughts of mine together with a putting video - simply as disgraceful as it is a pity to see a great game get blown apart.  ? is can they come back from this?  I would not spend a penny (of my own money) here until things get fixed.

  move the ding line, this meter jumps so much now that it is even hard to make an easy straight in putt. wgt needs to invest in some competent tech because they don't know their *** from a hole in the ground. if this is the way the game is going to be it will be time to lay the clubs up . dont even care if wgt bans me!!!!! im going to speak my words and dont care if i offend them wtf

  The putting swing meter has been altered for some reason. And after the last update I'm getting some massive stuttering on both the normal swing meter and the putting swing meter. There's no way I can hit the ding, whether they moved it left or right. Hope that gets fixed.

  same here...top of the line computer & connection and have never had these problems

  Add my name to the list.  The game is broken.  There are other things to do.
