Have been quick to criticize, given the recent foul-ups with the update...but kudos to wgt for getting the meter problem sorted quickly.

Well done!  Here's hoping you can apply that same acumen to fixing the multiplayer glitch.

Mine is still pretty jerky, nearly manageable but at least there is a ding to hit.

But I have had enough of incompetence for a while so taking a break. These clowns are taking the piss and treat the players like idiots.

I cannot give them any kudos because quite simply it SHOULD NOT have occured in the first place. These imbeciles could not run a piss up in a brewery if they tried.

Alan, I hear ya bud...one would think that testing before updating would be standard operating procedure, not to mention the ongoing multiplayer problems.

Just think of this as the kinder, gentler me trying to act nice for once.

Smooth as glass here on Maxthon3.  Put that "top" engineer on the multi game invite bug that's been around since Dec  2014 please cause, honestly, alt is all I give a hoot about.

Sometimes the issues are frustrating I know, but sometimes we need to remember that people are involved in the process. I have been on here for a little over a year and while there have been issues for sure, if you treat people the way you would want to be treated, things might be a little better for all.

I read these forums often and marvel at how everything is picked apart by the same people on a daily basis. If it is that bad, why do you play the game. I know, so you can wake up, turn on your computer, and see how quick you can find an error or something is still not fixed. Hopefully, some of you who scream the most are perfect in your jobs in the past as well as now if you are working. It would be safe to say that the majority of people in these forums are the first ones to complain when THEIR work is questioned. Just something to think about as you lay in to people who have a job trying to keep the game running and functioning properly. The morale of these people cannot be good if they take all the negative comments to heart for sure.

That's a nice sentiment, but a couple of things come to mind; first, this is a business that courts paying customers, and those customers have a right to expect what they pay for to function properly.  Second, I didn't hear anyone screaming.

In this case, an update caused a problem, customers complained, and the company acted more promptly than usual to fix the problem...I just wanted to thank them for that and express the hope that the same prompt attention is paid to other existing problems.

Dan, it was quick, grateful for that...but I have a question.  Why do you take your laundry to a store, and do they let other people do their laundry there too?
