did they change the grid dots?

  Dots are the same as they've always been for me.  Maybe WGT hasn't reprogramed their special VEM setting for particular players yet.  I'm kidding.... sort of.

  yea, the dots are moving faster because the greens are uneven now after that maintenaceshut down , you loose 2 or 3 shots per round.I think i might just buy Tiger Woods PC game and start playing on that

  Putting dots are twice as fast, 10 foot putts are just mad, even missed a 5 foot putt because of dot speed. Sorry, but this is just getting worse meter trouble wedges double in price and also it proves they do control the jitter on the meter as the meter is now smooth as ice after a days work.

  not sure but it seems the dots have slowed down a bit since last night but still somewhat fast.  and this may just be me but it seems the ding for putting has shrunk consideraby!  before i would easily ding 4 of 5 putts and now im lucky if i can ding 1 of 5..  like i said maybe its just me and i havent got used to this new smooth meter but honestly i wish they would just go back to the way it was before the update.  because im already losing interest in playing.  before i could play for hours and have to make myself quit playing but now i play 18 holes and ive had enough.  and maybe thats just me being spoiled and not wanting to try to learn the smooth meter but its hard to make yourself play when you go from shooting low scores to barely being able to make a birdie.  all i can say is i hope they fix the crap they screwed up or they will be losing alot of valuable players(this guy included).............

  i've noticed that the dots vary in speed when getting ready to putt. If you hold down the arrow to read the lie, the dots on the gridline move slower, then take your mouse off the arrow and it speeds up again thus finding it hard to get the precise slope of the green, kind of a guessing game. I upgraded my flash player thinking it was some software i lacked, however nothing changed

  The putting is f...ed, you counted the dots, how many seconds they pass a square and then u use simple formula to put. Now when they messed dots speed (they make it way faster) you can no longer (specially when u are used to) predict where the ball will end up. I am in no mood to change putting method every time new patch is available. Next thing they will mess up speed and distances on irons and driver...

   

  Game becomes unplayable, practise and all those hours of putting means nothing...

  Not many use that method here to putt but....pisser for you then Niq if the dot speed has changed !

  Not seen it myself but Niq not a newbie so....??

  Loading got faster. page links were crisper and the dots on greens speed increased.This happened when the meter was fixed.

  Not a newbie either so ?? ^^^   ( ?? donotes..must be true, tho no exp of such  )

  Didn't have any trouble with the meter before or after the update...one of the lucky ones I guess with the right browser / flash version combo at that time.

  Always had a couple of stutters at the beginning of release but enough time for the brain and finger to get into sync as it was constant

  Not changed anything since but now the meter is like warm chocolate poured over ones testicles then slowly being licked off ;-)))

  As ColumbusStorm said in another thread...

  WGT will now be forever blamed for meter issues...no matter WHAT they say !!

  Krskfr I reported the same thing 6 years ago. Always fast then real fast. I always thought it was flash or even my graphic card. About 2 months ago it just stopped. Now it has returned with a vengeance. I m playing on an older computer now. XP pro and I took out all crome related software. Seems to be a little better. I think the phone app. maybe an issue also. Bleeding into the computer game.
